Thursday, January 2, 2020:

  • 1:00-5:00 pm: bus tours of food production, farm and retail facilities around Colorado, which may include (still tentative) Boulder Botanic & Bioscience, Coors, Altius Indoor Vertical Farms, Danone’s “Greenhouse” research & innovation facility, ePac, Haystack Mountain goat cheese, Whole Foods Market, Fresca Foods, and more
  • 6:00-7:00 pm: opening keynote by Hunter Lovins, sustainability pioneer and founder of Natural Capitalism Solutions
  • 7:00-9:30 pm: small group dinners around Boulder hosted by CEOs
